Wanda Dorosz, Representative, The Quorum Group of Companies, Member of Board

Wanda Dorosz has been President and Chief Executive Officer of the Quorum Group of Companies since 1987. Prior to that, Ms. Dorosz was a partner at Dorosz Barristers & Solicitors, a Toronto-based law firm specializing in tax and corporate finance issues primarily related to northeast Canadian and US technology companies. Ms. Dorosz also worked for Goodman & Goodman specializing in tax law. Ms. Dorosz is currently a director of numerous private, public and not-for-profit organizations including Quorum Group of Companies, Investors Group, Residential Equities Board of Trustees, FiLogix Corporation, York University Schulich Business School Advisory Board, and Top 40 Under 40 Board of Directors. Prior directorships include the University of Toronto Governing Council, Toronto Stock Exchange Advisory Council; Abitibi-Price Office Products; Positron Fibre Systems; PC DOCS Group International Inc., Promis Systems Corporation; Enghouse Systems Limited; National Advisory Board on Science and Technology (NABST), an appointment of the Prime Minister; Director and Executive Committee Member of the Harbourfront Corporation; Anderson Consulting (now "Accenture") Canadian Advisory Board; and Ontario Centre for Microelectronics. Ms. Dorosz holds a Bachelors of Education with distinction from the University of Regina and an LLB first quartile from the University of British Columbia.

Mr. Claude Vachet, Member of Board

Claude Vachet is a Venture Capital Investor with 15 years of experience in the field of high technology business. Before joining Multiple Capital as Partner in 2005, Mr. Vachet was Vice-President of the Innovatech du Grand Montreal IT Portfolio, where he had started working in 1997. Owing to his business experience, engineering background and financial expertise, M. Vachet has worked with several start-up companies in order to contribute to the success of high-tech ventures. Prior to 1997, Mr. Vachet was the founder of a consulting firm specializing in delivering financing expertise to high-tech companies. Over the years, Mr. Vachet has occupied numerous board positions in portfolio companies, thus acquiring extensive corporate governance experience. Today, he continues to play an active role as Director on several company boards, adding value through his broad network of industry contacts. Deeply involved in the venture capital industry, Mr. Vachet was also Chairman of the prestigious Go North events held in Montreal in 2002 and 2003. Mr. Vachet has successfully completed an MBA with finance major, at HEC Montreal, as well as a Chemical Engineering Degree at École Polytechnique de Montreal.

Mr. David Krohn, Independent Member of Board

David Krohn has over 39 years' experience in the photonics industry. He is the Managing Partner of Light Wave Venture LLC, a company that develops telecommunications, sensor and power delivery business opportunities. He has assisted over 70 companies in funding, planning and management. He served as Global New Business Director for Photonics at 3M Company. From 1987 to 1998, he was the General Manager of the 3M Specialty Optical Fiber Business that included the Bragg Grating Technologies business acquired from UTC in 1995. He founded EOTec Corporation in 1979, a company that manufactured specialty fiber, sensors, cables, cable assemblies and data links. He was the CEO of EOTec until the business was acquired by 3M in 1987. He recently started the Fiber Optic Sensor Consortium, which has more than 50 participating companies and organizations. Mr. Krohn holds a B.Sc. from Rutgers University, an M.Sc. from Case Western Reserve Universityand a Ph.D. from Lehigh University. He has written three books and over 50 papers and holds 27 patents relating to fiber optics and optical sensors. Mr. Krohn is affiliated with Lightwave Advisors Inc., in a business development capacity, Boston University Photonics Center on its technical advisory board, Fraunhofer USA and the Optoelectronics Industry Development Association.

André Lamothe, Independent Member of Board

André Lamothe is currently a business consultant and coach as well as a Board Member on a number of entreprises in Québec. During his career, he held senior management positions in the Banking and Trust industry. Over the past three decades, he has been Chairman or Member of the Board in a number of corporate and cooperative organisations, as well as socio-economic and philanthropic institutions. He was Vice President Québec Network, and then, Ombudsman for Laurentian Bank of Canada, Executive Vice President and COO of North American Trust in Toronto, before becoming President & CEO of Laurentian Bank & Trust in Nassau. Also in the Bahamas, he was appointed CEO and Board Member of BNP Paribas, and Executive Vice President with Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild. Mr. Lamothe was also active in international development, in particular, as the founder President of Socodevi. He also chairs the Board of its recent Foundation (Society of Cooperation for International Development). Deeply involved in the world of amateur sports at the National and Olympic levels, he was President of Speed Skating Canada, member of the Canadian Olympic Association and the 1988 Calgary Olympic Consulting Committee. Mr. Lamothe is a graduate of McGill University in management and a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers.
